Returns Policy
At Niko Cosmetics, we are confident that you will love our products. However, if you find that your purchase isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to help. If you need to return a product, please follow the steps outlined below:
Contact Us: Reach out to us at info@niko.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Let us know the reason for the return so we can assist you.
Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will create a return ticket for you. This ticket must be included with your return shipment to ensure smooth processing.
Shipping Costs: Please note that we do not provide pre-paid return labels and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Process: Pack the item securely and send it back to us using the return ticket provided. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refund: After we receive the returned product, we will process a refund for the full purchase price, minus the shipping costs. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed once the return is received.

For cross-border shipments, we do not guarantee your package(s) will arrive at their destination within the time specified on the shipping option you have selected, as these shipments are subject to customs clearance processes by the destination country.
If you do not qualify for free shipping, please note that the rates are quoted based on weight. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
All return shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser, and we do not provide return shipping labels. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
